How to Order

Step One: Select your Illustration requirements

Step Two: Upload a high resolution photo you'd like the artwork based on

Step Three: add to cart and finalise payment

Step Four: You'll then receive your artwork within 1-2 business days for review to make colour edits or adjustments. The illustration price includes one round of minor edits. 

**Important Christmas Delivery**

Orders should be placed prior to 22 Dec for delivery prior to Christmas. Please take into account any time that you need to get the digital artwork printed.

Digital Format

Your high-resolution illustration is delivered in digital format only (.pdf, .png) for use on social media, or to take to a printer/photo lab to get printed. This allows you more freedom over what medium (canvas, frame, paper, mugs, stubby-coolers) you would like your artwork printed on. 

Size of artwork

Please specify the size of the artwork that you require. For example, if getting it printed on Canvas, please provide the exact size of the artwork required to ensure the highest resolution is provided for print purposes.

Choosing a photo

When choosing a photo to get illustrated, it's important to make sure that it's high resolution. If taken on a smartphone, it will be high resolution. If you have screenshot the image, or taken it from social media, this won't be high resolution enough to get the finer details. 

If you're unsure which photo to choose, send a selection in the email to the designer and we can give you guidance on the best option for illustration. 

If you would like separate photos of multiple pets merged, please upload separate photos of the pets. You're welcome to email the photos to hello@brodi-rose.com once the order is placed or upload via the order form here. 

Please note, backgrounds are not included in the illustration. 

Privacy

By purchasing a custom pet portrait, and emailing a high-resolution photograph, you agree that you have permission to use the photograph and provide authorisation to your illustrator to use the photo for illustration purposes only. 

Refund Policy
