Step 1: Discovery & Brand Deep Dive

Before we touch colours or logos, we dig deep.

Who are you trying to reach? What makes your business different?

What do you want people to feel when they experience your brand?

This stage is where the magic foundations are built.

This starts to happen when you lock in a 1:1 free consult with me, then again when you decide to work with me and complete my Branding Questionnaire. Here, I not only ask you questions about your audience, but I ask questions about you. What are your values? I even ask how you like to learn, so I can tailor your experience. 

Step 2: Brand Strategy & Research

Next, we define the strategic pieces that allow me to visually shape your aesthetic. This is done through pre-design research by myself, alongside with you during our VIP session/s. 

• Brand personality + tone of voice

• Brand positioning (what are your competitors doing?)

• Audience insights

• Messaging direction

Think of this as your brand’s blueprint. Already working with a Brand Strategist, or are one yourself? No worries! Ask me about my case studies for brands who have come to me with some of the pre-work done. 

Step 3: Collaboration (Yes, Live on Zoom)

No waiting weeks wondering what’s happening.

You’re involved, excited and part of the creative process.

Depending on if you chose the VIP Day or the 3 week project timeline, you'll either get a 1 hour Zoom session or 6 hours total!

Step 4: Visual Identity Design

This is the fun part. And, you'll get to see the magic come alive in our 1:1 session. 

Your brand starts coming to life through:

• Logo design + structure: this includes customising letterforms, building an icon and designing different layouts (in real time)

• Colour palette: bring the energy! Let's set the tone for your audience experience

• Typography: did you know there are several psychological queues in fonts? This affects your audiences emotion, perception and buying behaviour!

• Brand mark: icon, submark, logo, however you want to name it. What is a visual representation of your business, and how will it shape the growth for years to come?

• Illustrations: is there a style of illustration that would suit your brand?

Not only will I build the base of the brand, I'll show you how to use it. Think a visual roadmap to using your brand, in mockups of a website, merchandise, stickers, packaging, social templates and more!

Step 5: Brand Assets & Templates

Your brand isn’t just a logo.

You’ll walk away with things like:

• Brand Guide 

• Mockups and visual examples of the brand in use

• Suite of logos in multiple colours and a variety of formats

• Custom icons/brandmark

• Style of illustrations

• Font pairings

• Colour palette

• & bonus extras, depending on what you choose!
