WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER AND WHAT's THE COST?
My primary service offering is Brand Design or Brand Design + Web Design. As a Graphic Designer, I have a lot of skills to offer my Brand Design clients that will help them build their business. This includes all forms of digital and print design. Click here to read more about my Brand Design package costs and inclusions.
No, not at all. Depending on my availability, I may be able to help you with your project. I can do any Graphic Design or Illustration work, small or big. Whether it's business cards or just a graphic, nothing is too small. Request a quoteto check price and availability.
WHO DO YOU LIKE TO WORK WITH?
Honestly, I love working with passionate, driven women who run their own business and have an eye for detail. They know that to take their business to the next level, they need to put an emphasis on professional, quality visuals. They're most likely a service provider who has a year or two of business under their belt (sometimes more) and have social proof that they can be successful with an existing client list. It gets my blood pumping to jump into a business branding project with someone who has an eye-for-detail and is SO READY for branding that they're proud of.
I always like to make sure my clients feel like we're a good fit before we start a project. And I appreciate honesty over anything else. I can always refer you to another designer who I feel might be better suited! Let's have an obligation free chatto work out if you're the ying to my yang.
DO you have a corporate responsibility program?
I enjoy working (or providing support) with not-for-profits and organisations where I feel aligned. If you have a not-for-profit, reach out and we can see if there's room to collaborate.
As part of an internal Corporate Responsibility Program, I have provided services to Ubuntu Collectivewhich is a platform that supports social enterprise businesses. Their Social Enterprise business partners include:
I Was a Sari is an Indian social enterprise that saves resources from landfill and empowers female Indian artisans with employment.
Tohe is a social enterprise that supports disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.
Rural Fire Service- during the devastating bush fires that affected Australia in 2019/2020, I provided financial support to the NSW RFS.
I'm always looking for ways to improve my Corporate Responsibility, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions.
WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU PROVIDE MY PROJECT IN?
For Brand Design projects you'll receive files accessible to you (.png or .jpeg) as well as the raw designer files. You'll be able to use these with any future designer you hire. The designer files are delivered as .ai or .eps files and are accessible by the Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Click here to read more about file types and their purposes.
For other Graphic Design projects you will receive the files as .PDF, .png or .jpeg depending on the requirements. For example, if I design business cards for you then these will be delivered as print-ready .PDF files for you to take to your printer. If you require the raw designer files for any Graphic Design projects that we work on, there will be a surcharge applied which covers the time taken to ensure the files are packaged for use by other designers.
HOW DO YOU SEND ME FILES?
The easiest way to send high-resolution and large file sizes is via Google Drive. I'll set up a Google Drive folder and send you a link to access, review and download any files.
If you prefer an alternative method, we can discuss and arrange to suit your needs.
I ask all clients to download the final files and save them to your server or computer for future use. I archive old client files and do no guarantee that I can access these at a later date for you.
I'VE LOST MY FILES. CAN YOU RESEND THEM?
If I still have access to the original files, I will send these to you.
However, I make no guarantee that these will still be available after the project has completed. I ask all clients to ensure their files are secure, as there could be instances where technology fails, a natural disaster occurs or quite frankly, that I'm hit by a bus (hope not!).
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?
Payment options for Graphic Design projects include Direct Deposit, PayPal or Credit Card payment (via Stripe). My invoicing system generates an invoice that includes a secure link for you to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. Direct Deposit details are also included in the Invoice. Receipts are issued for all payments.
Payment options for my online store (Custom Illustrations, Prints and Pre-Made Brands) is either PayPal or Credit Card. I use secure check-out facilities such as PayPal and Stripe. Automated receipts are issued for all payments.

For larger projects (over $300) - a 25% deposit payment is required to begin the project.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, absolutely. I offer payment plans for all of my package services.
On enquiry, we can determine a payment plan that suits your business. Within our agreement, we'll outline the due dates and can begin working once the deposit is received.
Full payment is required for final files to be provided, unless stated otherwise in our agreement.
Do you offer REFUNDS?
The deposit payment is non-refundable, as this covers the time spent initially on the project and administration.
If we're working on a large-scale project together, our agreement will outline the refund policy for this. There may be a date in which you're permitted to cancel the project (and forfeit the deposit paid).
Refunds are not available for custom illustrations, prints or pre-made brands purchased via my online shop.
